The space
This over 5000 square feet Estate Home in a secluded neighborhood is fully equipped and nicely furnished and gated. 10 large bedrooms and 6 baths, extra large great room, plenty of grounds to observe the wild life that frequents the property. Appreciate the old world charm of the south. Central air condition and swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, are available during summer time. Has 17 large Beds and 2 sofa beds . Piano, Wi-fi, Smart TV’s are just a few of the amenities. Firepit, large parking. Lay out of the home as you enter from the porte cochere, you are greeted by a consul table on both side and the first dining table, than the formal living room and than the sofa bed and than the queen bed, all in this bog great room there is a stairs that goes to the only room in the 2nd floor by the front of the home, leading to a Master suite with king bed and a queen bed in adjoining rooms, the shower bathroom is inside as well
on the right side of the home is the 2nf dining room and kitchen with a breakfast bar, behind the kitchen is a room with double bunk bed which also have a washer and dryer and access to the patio out side
the center of the home has the 3 main bedroom, 1st room has king with its own living room and overlooking the pool and the guest house, the 2nd bedroom is a king bedroom with also its own bathroom, a third bedroom has 2 queen and the hall way bathroom considered the 3rd bath in the main level. There is a stairwell leading to the basement which contains the sauna, family room converted to king bedroom, a rumpus room that has a queen bed, and another great room with 2 full size bed. a shower bathroom is located in the hallway which is the 5th bath in the MAIN HOUSE .

Rates are structured based on the number of guests. Extensive use such as gatherings, events, celebrations is priced separately.
Guests must provide a vehicle count to ensure parking availability.
Keep the main driveway open to the emergency response team just in case it is needed.
